Juncker: The EU “is not going very well”

Addressing the annual congress of the centre-right European People’s Party (EPP) in Madrid, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said, “The EU is not going very well… Economically, we see the end of Europe’s glorious years compared with what others are doing.” He added, “We must ensure that we keep alive the ambitions, hopes and dreams of Europe.”
