New poll: More voters still believe Britain was right to vote to leave the EU despite anticipated economic cost
A YouGov poll for The Times found that 45% thought that Britain was right to vote to leave the EU, while 44% said that the decision was wrong.
Four out of ten respondents thought that Britain would be worse off as a result of leaving the EU and 37% believed that it would not have a dramatic effect. 47% thought it would reduce the number of immigrants, while 37% believed it would make no real difference.
