Yet our government takes a hostile position towards it. Knowing our countries history, one thing is for certain Australian government always has and always will serve the US before the Australian people.

Listening to Alexander every day requires an investment of a lot of time. To captivate the attention of a man with a mind like Mearsheimer’s is truly a tremendous accomplishment. Congrats Alex!Lire la suite

(And, for someone living here in the quisling US vassal state of Norway, it’s actually uplifting to listen to my compatriot, Prof. Glenn Diesen, as he’s attesting to the fact that he is one of the few [and very far between] on the domestic, public arena – who consistently displays a firm and realistic overview of the larger geopolitical canvas!) On a more personal note, largely based on historical events [up until the present] I’ve long since come to the conclusion that there is no imaginable way – that any semblance of peace and harmony is achievable – in the ME – or elsewhere – before the total economic, political and social IMPLOSION of USA is a fait accompli! . . .Lire la suite

Only about $1 billion out of that sum remains unspent. LOL @ Project Ukraine : A project started in 2014 that seems to be to replace Russian rule with Russian Rule LOL @ Project Afghanistan : A 3 trillion dollar project to replace the Taliban with the Taliban 2.0Lire la suite

il y a 1 jourThe war is lost by Ukraine. Before the latest offensive that proved to be an epic unmitigated disaster Zaluzhny said in The Economist interview: « I need 300 tanks, 600-700 ifvs, 500 Howitzers. Then, I think it is completely realistic to get to the lines of February 23rd.  » He got what he was begging for, lost it along with 90 000 of hapless Ukrainian cannon fodder and there is nothing to show for it. Yeah, basically this war is a story how media hype obsessed Zelenskyy and his minions traded 450 000 lives of hapless Ukrainian cannon fodder for Russian artillery rounds. It was a mistake of a monumental proportion. Meanwhile Zelenskyy and his minions new propaganda ploy for internal consumption got even crazier. They allege that it was just a virtual offensive, a psyop to confuse Russians as if endless cemeteries of hapless Ukrainian conscripts across Ukraine didn’t exist.Lire la suite

il y a 1 jour (modifié)Always enjoy learning from Mearsheimer and Mercouris. Situation is « fascinating » perhaps for Prof. Mearsheimer as a geopolitical analyst, but more « terrifying » for most of us. US ultra-violent foreign policy is short-term, misguided, and on Israel, driven by AIPAC dollars. The analysis here seems to take the preservation of a Jewish ethno-nationalist state as required…not everyone agrees with this assumption. Jews and Muslims lived peacefully together in Palestine for centuries before the formation of Israel. On Russia, it cannot afford to take territories that aren’t economically self-sufficient and aren’t interested in Russian overlordship – there is a reason the Soviet Union no longer exists – and hence will not try, as long as Russia’s security needs are met.Lire la suite

il y a 1 jourThe problem with Mearsheimer’s analysis is that he bases it on rational self-interest for the major powers involved. The US is not acting in self-interests of any kind. It’s a subverted state controlled by supranational elites who are using it as a disposable tool for their ends. It’s like a zombie in a horror movie. It’s incapable of winning conventionally any of the wars it’s trying to provoke but does it anyway because it’s a zombie and has no agency. The only outcome is nuclear war going that route. The Western elites either don’t care, or they want it to happen. The Russian/China alliance knows this which is why they haven’t responded actively to these provocations. They are attempting to quarantine the infected zombie and allow it to expire on its own while building a wall of resistance around it.Lire la suite
