La demande pour les chiens capables de detecter les bombes explose…
Un chien parfaitement entrainé revient à 283 000 dollars , aussi cher qu’un petit missile.
Forget Bitcoin. Sniffer dogs are the next big thing. As Kyle Stock explains, with terrorists targeting public transportation and tourist sites all over the world, global demand for bomb-sniffing canines has surged. When all is said and done, a fully trained military dog costs up to $283,000, about as much as a small missile. Keeping them in the field as long as possible is increasingly good business.
The U.S. military has 1,600 dogs, about one for every three soldiers serving in Afghanistan. |
