La stratégie iranienne semble être de créer les conditions d’une guerre longue.Les frappes sur Barhein notamment semblent avoir coupé la marine US de sa base logistique et l’obligent désormais à se ravitailler à Diego Garcia avec de lourdes conséquences en terme de coûts et de temps.
