Les dépêches dimanche matin, Trump va contre attaquer

Contre offensive: l’administration Trump va tout miser sur la réforme fiscale pour se sauver:

August 25 – Financial Times (Demetri Sevastopulo, Shawn Donnan and Gillian Tett): “Donald Trump will launch a major push on tax reform next week with a speech in Missouri, as the president shifts focus to fiscal policy in an effort to secure a badly needed first big legislative victory by the end of the year.

Gary Cohn, head of the White House national economic council, told the Financial Times that the speech… would be the first in a series of addresses designed to convince the US public about the need to revamp a tax system that has remained largely unchanged for three decades. ‘Starting next week, the president’s agenda and calendar is going to revolve around tax reform,’ Mr Cohn said… ‘He will start being on the road making major addresses justifying the reasoning for tax reform and why we need it in the US.’”
